The Philippine Military Academy stands as the primary source of officers for the Armed Forces of the Philippines; hence, an adequate pool of cadets guarantees that PMA meets the AFP needs amidst the dynamic security landscape. This PMA Growth Plan is a comprehensive blueprint involving substantial and meticulous conceptualization of expanding the pool of PMA Cadets targeting faculty, curriculum, facilities, references, and cadets that gauges gaps and identifies strategic plans. These are all to ensure the production of sufficient and highly competent future leaders for the AFP.

Competent Faculty
Pursuit of faculty development through continuous retooling, internationalization efforts of benchmarking and study visits, offering opportunities with partner academe, and maximizing the faculty merit system. Finally, the establishment of standard recruitment for corps of professors with the required knowledge, skill, specizalization and field experience will guarantee our thrust of upholding the standard.
Responsive Curriculum
Modernizing our curriculum to incorporate contemporary security challenges and continuously benchmark to keep the academy abreast with the modern methods for the modern generation as implemented by other institutions. These endeavors would also aid us to contribute to the strategic guidance by providing leaders equipped with the requirement of CADC. Most importanly, PMA is pursuing international accreditation through the ASEAN university network quality assurance.
Enhanced Facilities
PMA is prioritizing building a 21st-century learning environment by expanding and modernizing existing facilities. This includes the construction of modern warfare building, PMA simulator rooms, cyber warfare for educational excellence, multi-level athletic complex, training pool, and the NCBN complex. It will also enhance recreational and support facilities. Additionally, PMA is aligning its master development plan and transformation road map towards international standards.

PMA has subscription to international journals and e-libraries which offer promising references of new knowledge useful for the evolving learning needs of the cadets. Additionally, it has a newly constructured PMA library aimed at modernizing and expanding its resources, acquiring modern technologies, and fostering a research-conducive environment. These initiatives will enhance faculty scholarship, provide cadets with access to cutting-edge knowledge, and ultimately strengthen the PMA's academic standing and be in the lead as the military hub of education and researches.
Motivated Learners
We are restructuring cadet corps clubs to provide hands-on experience with emerging technologies and actively encouraging participation in international cadet activities. these initiatives will broaden cadets' horizons, foster innovation, and equip them with the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of the 21st-century security environment. Also, a strategic communication with a revitalized recruitment procedures are in place so our target audience will gravitate towards PMA amidst tight competition.
