MAJ RAYMOND DEREK P CARBONELL (SC) PA assumed his post on 03 August 2026 as the 37th Director of the
Information Communications Technology, PMA. Among his notable duties are the Group Staff for ICT,
TG6 where he advised the Head, Tactics Group in emerging technology, crafting of localized policies
and facilitating requirements for Cadet Training; Company Tactical Officer of Bravo Company where
the Company was awarded the Superintendent's Streamer and Dean's Streamer Academic Year 2022-2023;
Head of Doctrines and Research in the Signal School, SR, PA; Company Commander of the Forward Signal
Support Company in the 9th Signal Battalion, SR, PA; Platooon Leader of the A Coy, 37th Infantry
Battalion, 6th Infantry "KAMPILAN" Division, PA, 1st District of Maguindanao.
He is a proud member of the PMA "MASIGLAHI" Class of 2009.
