In 2021, PMA reached a major milestone by securing Institutionalized Status—a validation that the transformation had become deeply embedded in its operations and culture. In 2024, the Academy's commitment to continuous improvement was reaffirmed through its successful recertification, ensuring its transformation efforts remain sustainable and forward-looking.
